Scrubs
For those for those of you who missed it or have fallen off the bandwagon, tonight’s Scrubs episode, “My Soul on Fire, Pt. 2”, was a perfect reason why this show has lasted so long. It had the laugh out loud humor similar to its first 3 seasons and wasn’t obnoxiously wacky, it had the kind of honest portrayal of relationships that was so strong in its heyday and it had the kind of heart that made me really love this show in the first place. It even had a great closing soundtrack that you will not expect, and you will probably burst out laughing from.
Also, for the last 3 years I’ve been saying a guy named Neil should have been winning the “Best Supporting Actor” Emmy. That guy would be Neil Patrick Harris. However, this year I would love if they would at least nominate a different Neil. Neil Flynn has always been top-notch as The Janitor. This last season he hasn’t gotten to flesh out his character and give him a heart, which was on display in a very touching moment in this episode.
Sadly, there are very few episodes left of this long-running comedy, so freshen up on the episodes you missed and go back and visit Sacred Heart.
