I haven’t heard as much positive buzz surrounding a film in a long time like I have for next April’s “Kick Ass”. And thats for a film that sports no* bankable stars and isn’t from a comic book everyone knows about.

Director Matthew Vaughn couldn’t convince any studio to make the kind of vulgar, ultra violent film he wanted to make, so he got independent financing for it and when all was said in done he had a bidding war for his baby and Lionsgate ponied up $50,000,000 to distribute it. Thats in a territory only the King of Pop could match.

Have a look at the first teaser trailer and see for yourself. I think this is going to be the biggest film of 2010.
