Unless you only get your news from ESPN, you probably know by now that Pittsburgh Steeler QB, Ben Roethlisberger has been sued for Sexual Assault by a former concierge at a hotel he was staying in.

Now, I’m not saying that he is guilty, and from some reports the woman seems like a nutjob, but lets compare this case to Michael Vick.

As everyone knows, Vick ran a brutal dog-fighting ring and was charged and found guilty and just yesterday finished serving a 2 year prison sentence. As much as I find this kind of animal cruelty absolutely disgusting and really anyone who does that needs to be beaten to death, is it truly worse than sexually assaulting another human being?

If it were to come out that Ben was truly guilty of this, and there was some proof, should he not face the same, or worse punishment from not only the courts, but from society and from the league that Michael Vick has faced.
