Have you ever bought an album based on hearing one song, and then kind of forgot about the album? Well I don’t think I had listened to Rhett Miller’s 2002 album “The Instigator” in 4 or 5 years, and I must say after giving it a couple of spins after it coming on in my car, I’m very angry that I hadn’t been appreciating it longer.
