Today we were lucky enough to witness the two greatest athletes of all time in their individual sports.

Federer tied Pete Sampras’ 14 grand slam titles with his win at the French Open. It also completed his career grand slam, winning each of the 4 grand slams, something Sampras never accomplished. He did all this while Raphel Nadal has been around, a nemesis Sampras never had. Together Federer and Nadal may offer the best prolonged competition we will see in sport for a long time.

And then their is Tiger. Though, not a major, it was Jack (Nicklaus’) tournament, The Memorial. He started the day 4 back, and obviously decided “Fuck it.” and went out and hit 65, while birding the 17th and 18th to win by 1 stroke. It’s truly disturbing how dominant he is. To me, there is no athlete who has ever been greater at their sport than Tiger Woods. Hell, I don’t know if there is anyone better at their job, than Eldrick.

Then add on, we may be possibly seeing the greatest baseball player of all-time in Albert Pujols (okay maybe second behind The Babe).
